They say goats can eat anything. We decided to use one out of steel.

Iron Goat Land Services was founded on a simple observation: Texas landowners needed a tougher, more reliable solution for land clearing and property management. Traditional methods weren't cutting it, and property owners were fighting a losing battle against the relentless Texas brush.

That's when we brought the Iron Goat to life.

Founder & CEO

Big Henry has been a real estate investor since 1996 and became a licensed Texas Realtor in 2019, bringing deep expertise in property value optimization. With nearly 30 years of experience in Central and South Texas real estate markets, he understands exactly what drives land value—and what kills it. Big Henry founded Iron Goat to bridge the gap between raw land potential and market-ready property. His real estate background allows him to advise clients not just on land clearing, but on strategic improvements that maximize ROI and buyer appeal.

Ronald's journey began at age 13 with his first landscape company, which he ran through college. In May 2011, he founded Casa de Guthrie with just a push mower and broom. Working solo for several years, he gradually added commercial equipment, a small trailer, and expanded into fencing jobs. By 2015, he hired his first employee, upgraded to an enclosed trailer, and diversified into sod installation and sprinkler systems—scaling projects from $2,000 to $500,000. His 2019 commercial expansion into neighborhoods and larger properties set the stage for his 2022 pivot into forestry tree mulching, land clearing, and high-end Belgard paver projects (patios, driveways, fire pits, fireplaces, and outdoor dreamscapes). Now, as Iron Goat's Field Operations Director, Ronald's decades of operational excellence ensure every project exceeds expectations.
